The data collected via the website (contact form for appointments, newsletter sign-up, social media contact, account creation) will only be used for commercial purposes with the explicit consent of the data owner. For example: acceptance of T&Cs during a contact request.

By filling out the contact form, you agree that the data you provide may be stored and used by the data controller as part of our collaboration. Your data will be retained for up to three years after the end of our collaboration. It will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You may request its deletion or modification at any time by writing to secretariat@etudehm.ch.

Hayat & Meier Law Firm commits to respond to any request for access, rectification, objection, or any additional information within one month from the date of receipt of your request.
